Main Purpose of the Role
Were looking for a Customer Advisor to join our team in Doncaster. In this key role, youll be the first point of contact for our customershelping to resolve queries, process orders, and ensure were delivering exceptional service.
Reporting to the Senior Customer Advisor, youll work with departments across the business to manage customer enquiries, troubleshoot issues, handle complaints professionally, and support the achievement of our sales and service targets.

Duties & Key Responsibilities
Managing general customer queries and processing orders through to completion
Handling pricing and delivery information efficiently and accurately
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns within agreed SLAs
