Commercial Manager – Solihull (Flexible / Hybrid Working) Overview Fuel Recruitment is working with a leading UK facilities management and construction organisation to recruit a Commercial Manager to support the delivery of Education and Healthcare FM projects nationwide. This role focuses on the commercial management of complex, multi‑site FM contracts with a combined value of approximately £11m. The position offers flexible and remote working, with occasional travel to offices in Solihull, as well as visits to project sites across the UK. Key Responsibilities * Lead the day‑to‑day commercial management of multi‑site FM contracts, ensuring value is maximised and risks are controlled * Maintain and improve commercial processes, payment mechanisms and KPI monitoring * Manage contract conditions, variations, subcontractor agreements and dispute resolution * Oversee invoicing, WIP and payment processes, intervening where corrective action is required * Support lifecycle planning, budgeting, forecasting and monthly cost/profit reporting * Produce and present monthly performance dashboards, explaining variances and trends * Review and optimise commercial systems including Concept CAFM, Orbit, HFM and Builders Profile * Support bids by reviewing contract documentation, leading commercial assessments and preparing evidence‑based responses * Build strong working relationships with...
