Overview
NHS Grampian is looking for a Project Manager to support delivery of national, regional and local projects aimed at improving efficiency of planned care pathways. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on staff experience and patient care.
This role will provide the post holder with the opportunity to manage a range of projects across a variety of services to improve care pathways across primary, secondary and tertiary care. The post holder will collaborate with clinical leadership and operational management to identify improvement opportunities and address challenges that may impact delivery of projects. Excellent communication skills and leadership ability are required.
This is a fixed term, full time post for 12 months. It is anticipated that interviews will be held on 24 and 25 September 2025.
Responsibilities
The post holder will:
* Manage a range of projects across services to improve pathways of care across primary, secondary and tertiary care.
* Collaborate with clinical leadership and operational management to identify improvement opportunities and address delivery challenges.
* Lead, manage, develop and implement projects that deliver measurable improvements in planned care across Grampian.
