Finance Assistant
Role at TipTopJob– Leicester, £26,000–£28,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Administer weekly and monthly payroll using Sage Line 50.
* Process timesheets, expenses, new starters and leavers.
* Manage end‑of‑year returns and liaise with HMRC.
* Maintain and reconcile the purchase ledger.
* Prepare supplier payments and resolve queries.
* Assist with credit control and sales ledger cash postings.
* Provide general accounts support and occasional office cover.
Qualifications
* Experience in payroll and purchase ledger functions.
* Familiarity with Sage Line 200 and Sage Payroll (desirable).
* Flexible, hands‑on attitude and willingness to help where needed.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Confidence managing multiple priorities in a small, busy team.
