They are looking for a commercially-minded and data-led Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of their multi-million-pound digital media budget and performance marketing strategy. This role is pivotal in driving high-quality traffic, optimising return on spend, and building a sustainable digital customer acquisition strategy as we scale the business.
The Role:
1. Own the delivery of a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, aligning paid and owned media with trading goals, seasonal shifts, and evolving product priorities.
2. Lead the planning and execution of Full Funnel activity across PPC, paid social, and affiliates
3. Use a data driven, analytical approach to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the budget across the full marketing funnel
4. Build and refine multi-touch attribution models to accurately measure campaign performance.
