What We're Looking For in Our Early Years Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a good honours degree.
Experience or training (including ITT placements) in Early Years or KS1 teaching.
Experience teaching phonics, ideally with Little Wandle.
A strong understanding of Development Matters and Early Years pedagogy.
A genuine love for children and a passion to see them thrive.
Ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills, punctuality, and professional standards.
