As Governance Manager, you will join the Cyber Security Technology & Functions Leadership team, facilitating effective collaboration among the Head of Cyber Security Technology & Functions, their leadership team, and stakeholders to reduce risk across Vodafone.
This role focuses on budget management, employee engagement, Vodafone Spirit programme, executive reporting, and communications. You will produce high-quality materials for the Head of Cyber Security Technology & Functions and collaborate closely with Technology & Functions Senior Managers, direct and dotted line reports, and members of the wider CTAS and Vodafone leadership teams.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing the Technology & Functions budget, including preparation, submission, and in-year tracking, with monthly reporting to Finance and CTAS Business Ops and PMO teams.
* Aligning with HR Business Partner, Technology & Functions Senior Managers, and CTAS Business Ops on HR initiatives, including monthly HR and recruitment forecasting and tracking.
* Leading the preparation of key risk and governance management reports, coordinating content and production across Technology & Functions.
* Supporting the Cyber Adaptive Risk Model (CARM) initiative, leading the Technology & Functions KRI data improvement programme.
* Acting as a central interface between CTAS Functions and Technology & Functions, overseeing strategic projects and ensuring smooth business operations.
* Managing employee engagement and Vodafone Spirit programmes within Technology & Functions, actively participating in related communities.
Qualifications and skills:
* Proactive analytical approach to planning and risk management.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to all organizational levels.
* Understanding of Cyber Security, Vodafone entities, and the Technology structure, operating model, and stakeholders.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop relationships and align with business priorities.
* Ability to analyze issues at operational and strategic levels and influence stakeholders.
* Handling confidential and sensitive data appropriately, with knowledge of GDPR regulations.
