To fuel this expansion, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of new dental practice openings. This role is crucial to ensuring that each launch is delivered on time, within budget, and ready to provide exceptional care from day one. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Develop and maintain comprehensive timelines, checklists, and milestones for each new practice opening. Site Acquisition & Legal Compliance Liaise with legal teams and agents to manage property acquisition, lease agreements, and contract execution. Fit-Out & Facility Readiness Oversee renovation schedules, coordinate with contractors, and ensure high-quality delivery of interiors and utilities. Equipment & Technology Installation Manage procurement and setup of dental chairs, imaging systems, practice management software (e.g., Dentally), phone systems, and WiFi. Staffing & HR Alignment Partner with HR to ensure seamless recruitment, onboarding, and training of both clinical and administrative teams. Regulatory Readiness Ensure all practices meet CQC, GDC, and health & safety compliance requirements prior to launch. Technology Setup Coordinate with IT to implement software and hardware systems (e.g., Connex, Dentally, comms infrastructure). Marketing & Launch Support Collaborate with the marketing team on branding, signage, and local promotional campaigns. Stakeholder Communication Provide clear, timely weekly updates to internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Continuous Improvement Conduct post-launch evaluations and develop recommendations for improving future openings. Requirements Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a healthcare or dental setting. Strong understanding of cross-functional coordination, including contractors, clinicians, HR, and tech teams. Proficient in project tools such as ClickUp, Notion, and Google Workspace. Knowledge of CQC and GDC regulatory frameworks is highly advantageous. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines.
