My client is looking for a Sous Chef with a solid 2AA Rosette background to join their team at a luxurious historic manor house hotel in the Suffolk countryside.
They are looking for a passionate foodie who will be able to work alongside their current Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to help deliver a higher level of menus.
* £40,000 pa + approximately £2,000 pa tronc
* 48 hrs per week
