Role: Technical Sales Manager
Field Based
Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience
Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join their busy team, you will combine your technical knowledge of hydraulics with sales expertise to develop new business, manage existing clients, and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements. Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver solutions
Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and contribute to business growth strategy
Proven experience in hydraulics sales or fluid power solutions
Technical understanding of hydraulic systems, components, and hose assemblies
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Full UK driving licence
