We are looking for a reliable, practical and hardworking Maintenance Operative to join our Accommodation Team.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for the upkeep, repair and general maintenance of our holiday caravans to ensure they remain safe, functional and presented to a high standard.
Duties include:
* General maintenance and repairs (doors, blinds, furniture, fixtures)
* Basic plumbing and joinery tasks
* Boiler and appliance checks
* Inspecting caravan condition
* Diagnosing and resolving minor faults
* Supporting cleaning and changeovers when required
* Occasional guest-facing issue resolution
You must be confident working independently, managing your workload and taking pride in your work.
Working Pattern
* 5 days per week (including Saturdays)
* One weekday off
* Bank holiday working required
* Occasional Sunday callout cover
* Based across park locations in the area
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year maintenance experience preferred
* Practical skills including basic plumbing and joinery
* Reliable and punctual
* Strong work ethic
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Must live within 20 minutes of Exmouth
