Job Description
£37,602 - £45,426 (including paid school holidays) + excellent benefits.
These children’s schools celebrate small victories. Your role is based at Cedar House School, where we nurture young people to progress and succeed.
You will be part of a multi‑disciplinary clinical team, supporting educational and residential colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on clinical assessment and formulation, you will offer individualised interventions and engagement to young people.
You will provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children.

Bring your whole self to work
* Be a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
* Have experience and be skilled in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
* Have experience of supporting teams around a child or young person to ensure they are being provided with clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences.
* Be a confident, engaging and effective model, guide, leader and trainer.
* Be highly organised and ready to take the initiative.
* Be committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people.
