PA required for Director of a busy Equine Veterinary Practice & Stud in Gloucestershire.
A busy, dynamic and diverse role, including:
* Task list, diary and schedule management.
* Sales / purchase invoicing, orders / returns.
* Expense recording and management for budgeting purposes.
* Project management.
* Organising maintenance and upkeep of the family home, grounds, and property, including insurance.
* Recruitment & HR management of private staff.
* Organise trips including transport / accommodation.
* Organise meetings. Take minutes. Write up notes and reports.
* Run errands
* Residential Lettings management
Experience with horses / the equine industry and as a Personal/Executive Assistant is important.
The successful candidate will:
* Be aware of and be prepared to work to existing working methods
* Have excellent communication & prioritisation skills
* Be computer literate including good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (esp Excel).
* Have excellent organisational and time/task management skills
* Have high levels of accuracy, double checking and attention to detail
* Be able to work well under pressure and multi-task
* Be resilient, assertive, proactive and confident whilst working in a busy environment
* Be completely discrete and confidential
Full time Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:15pm with a half hour unpaid lunch break.
