Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Fixed networks team, youll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks. Youll lead the work on trial holes, cabinet builds, pole root bases and cabinet removals. Youll make sure everything is done on time, to the right standard, and safely. Youll plan and manage each site from start to finish. Youll spot problems early and keep things on track. Youll help avoid delays, extra costs and poor quality. Youll work closely with our customers and their teams. Youll keep everyone in the loop and make sure we meet all health and safety rules, including CDM regulations. Youll think ahead. Youll find ways to do tasks in parallel to save time. Youll also support your team to grow. Youll help them build their skills and share what works best. Youll give clear, accurate updates when the business needs them. If youre organised, proactive and ready to lead, wed love to hear from you. What youll bring; Youve spent at least three years working in telecoms, with hands-on experience in building cabinets and root bases. You understand how to get a site ready from start to finish and know the steps involved in network rollout. Youre familiar with every stage of site deployment. That includes property, design, build and integration. Youve likely worked across all of them. Youve studied project management and may hold a qualification like Prince2, APMP or PMP. Thats a bonus, but not a must. Youre a strong communicator. Youre clear when you speak and write, and youre confident using tools like Excel, Project and other Microsoft software. You understand health and safety rules and know how CDM applies to your work. Whats in it for you?
