What your role might involve:

* 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs

* Encouraging confidence, focus, and engagement in class

You’ll need:

* Experience working with children (school-based or community experience welcome!)

* A warm, encouraging approach and great communication skills

* Ability to adapt to different pupils’ needs with empathy and energy

* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service – or we’ll help you apply

What you’ll get:

* Weekly PAYE pay – no umbrella deductions

* FREE Thrive training and access to our CPD Academy

* Support from a dedicated consultant who understands inclusion roles

* Long-term placements in schools that value your work
