Key Responsibilities Deliver telephone triage and clinical advice to patients. Prescribe and manage calls related to medication queries and repeat prescriptions. Assess, triage, and prescribe for acute minor ailments and a range of conditions in line with Dalriada Urgent Care (DUC) protocols.
