Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Warehouse Process Technician to join a well-established refinery in Clydach, Swansea. This is an ongoing, permanent opportunity for candidates with warehouse or logistics experience, ideally within a high-risk or industrial environment. The role requires a flexible approach to shift patterns, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.
Key Duties
Operate a forklift truck (recognised qualification desirable).
Handle metal powders and pellets safely.
Sieving and decanting materials into containers.
Collect and deliver materials across various areas of the site.
Load wagons and support overall warehouse operations.
Champion safety practices and follow Safe Systems of Work.
Requirements
Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is essential.
CCNSG / National Safety Passport required.
Flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Safe Systems of Work and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
Willingness to work overtime as required.
