The team you'll work with:
Our newly formed Commercial Office (CCO) spans a number of areas including Marketing, Product Management, Product Sales and Implementation, Proposition and Pricing, Client Experience and Innovation Global Markets Teams. Collectively their role is to ensure we deliver the right products to our clients at the right time and deliver communications with our customers in a way that is meaningful to them.
Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing you'll play an integral role in creating and overseeing a globally aligned brand experience though proprietary and third party, online and offline marketing campaigns that appeals to, and resonates with the needs of our HINVUK customers.
The value you'll add:
As a customer centric marketeer at the heart of our Commercial Organisation, you'll help to drive and support the brand alignment of HINV UK with IVB UK through the support and management of high profile, innovative marketing campaigns. You'll ensure that consistent messaging and experience runs through all of our activities, including sales, communications, events and distribution of commercial banking products.
Working with local stakeholders within CCO, and the wider HINV UK and HBUK business, as well as third party agencies this fast paced, creative and strategic role will play an important role in helping design and execute bold, targeted campaigns that resonate with our target market in the innovation ecosystem of technology and life sciences companies, as well ensuring alignment with the parent brand to enable HINV UK to unlock further value across reputation, preference, loyalty and commercial growth.
What you can expect to be doing:
Design and execute multi:channel integrated campaigns to drive client acquisition and retention, across digital, print and event channels
Be proactively future focussed. Working with research and data driven insights to develop periodic views of the market and competitor landscape to shape future marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition and retention
Collaborate with and manage internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle (e.g. sales, creative and product) and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment and high quality, efficient delivery of agreed objectives. Carefully balancing adherence to wider HSBC Group branding requirements, whilst helping to maintain our unique HSBC Innovation Banking branding within those activities in the UK
Work closely with HSBC design team to support asset:creation aligned to brand creative guidelines and tone of voice, taking the cue from the global Innovation Banking brand
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, resources and performance metrics to ensure efficient and effective campaign delivery
Ensure alignment with all internal and external compliance, regulatory and governance requirements on a local and Global level
Always evolve. Become a leader known for best practice, having your finger on the pulse of emerging trends and technologies
