Quality Administrator - Part time
Braintree, Essex – onsite working
25 hours per week (flexible)
Swann Engineering Group are looking for a Quality Administrator to provide administration support to the HSE/Quality team, maintaining and developing the Quality systems and supporting the team to deliver the success of the business objectives.

The role:
• Scanning factory work orders, weld maps, inspection and dispatch records and technical archive documentation.
• Supporting the Quality team with the organisation of quality test certificates to the correct works orders.
• Organising company photos for the quality department.
• Supporting the production team to complete the departments reports.
• Supporting the quality team with the implementation of our fabricator software.
• Working with the quality management team in its continuous improvement, creating monthly quarterly reports, tracking KPI’s and handling corrective actions.
• Ensuring the company’s policies and procedures are up to date and available to all employees.
• Ensuring that administration databases and tracking tools are up to date and correct.
About you – you’ll need to have:
* GCSE in English and Maths
* Scanning and photocopying experience
* IT literacy, especially with Microsoft packages
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent customer service
* Excellent attention to detail
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage workloads and resources
* Ability to build effective relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders
