We’re now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Production Team Leader to lead our backshift operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for food manufacturing to play a key role in keeping our high‑volume production lines running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leadership & Team Development
* Lead and motivate a team of production operatives during the backshift
* Support team training, coaching and skills development
* Create a positive, collaborative and high‑performing team culture
Production & Performance Management
* Oversee production operations to ensure all targets are achieved
* Maintain workflow efficiency, making adjustments where necessary
* Ensure product quality meets company and customer expectations
Safety, Hygiene & Quality Assurance
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards
* Support quality control processes and escalate any issues promptly
* Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organised work environment
Problem‑Solving & Continuous Improvement
* Respond to operational challenges and find effective solutions
* Use production metrics and shift performance data to recommend improvements
* Work closely with management to drive best practice and efficiency
Communication & Coordination
* Act as the link between production staff and management
* Keep clear, open communication across the shift team
* Support smooth handovers between shifts
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a strong candidate if you have:
* Experience as a Production Team Leader, Line Leader, Shift Leader, or similar manufacturing leadership role
* Strong people‑management and communication skills
* Good understanding of production processes (food manufacturing experience preferred)
* Ability to problem‑solve and make sound decisions under pressure
* A proactive, organised and hands‑on approach
* Willingness to work regular backshift hours
