* Lead by example and role model company values to inspire your team while embracing change and rising to the challenges of this role.
* Support your line manager in developing your team to be proactive, investigate, and resolve questions or complaints. Be confident to step in and take ownership when needed.
* Monitor and report on customer feedback and insights to help your Line Manager identify trends and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Use your personality and experience to guide, coach, and develop your team to achieve high performance standards.
* Stay updated with evolving technology, build your knowledge to understand our customers, and adapt your style to assist both customers and colleagues.
* Drive your team to exceed sales and service objectives, known internally as ‘Smashing your Targets’.

* A passion for leading by example and delivering excellent customer service.
* A confident, motivating individual with the drive to exceed targets and overcome challenges.
* Skilled in mentoring and supporting your Line Manager in team development and talent retention.
* Develop a fair, inclusive management style that recognizes our people as our most valuable asset.
* An organized individual who takes pride in their work and owns their development.
* Confident in managing accounts, adhering to company policies, and responsible for store management aspects.
* Flexible to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends, with shift patterns shared four weeks in advance.
