Position Overview Key responsibilities will include: Provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for all Operations teams within your designated area, ensuring delivery against both operational and financial objectives. Take full responsibility for client operations across all service lines, including Cleaning, Housekeeping, Security, Healthcare Cleaning, and Combined Services. Ensure all direct reports adhere to company policies and procedures relating to financial controls and reporting, payroll, health and safety, incident reporting, and human resources. Oversee and manage area performance against budget, including setting and monitoring financial targets for direct reports to drive operational efficiency and profitability. Prioritise client retention and proactively identify contracts or service areas that are underperforming operationally or financially, developing strategies for improvement. What we are looking for Experience in similar role Proven ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients, with a focus on retention and growth of core business. Willingness and capability to support business development activities, including contributing to tender and sales processes as needed. A clean and valid driving licence is essential due to the mobile nature of the role.
