Job Title: CRM Marketing Executive
Introduction:
Supporting the CRM Marketing Manager, the CRM Executive is responsible for managing CRM workflows and deploying multi-channel CRM activities across service, transactional, and automation channels. The role involves supporting business needs for customer engagement and revenue, as well as participating in briefing and activity design processes.
Salary: £31,000 - £41,000 DOE
Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE. Flexible working options available; presence required in the office at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do:
* Brief, build, and broadcast Premier Inn CRM service and automated activity by creating targeted workflows using segmentation and data to enhance customer experience.
* Test, check, and integrate all creative and data considerations for campaigns to ensure system and process cohesion.
* Ensure efficient delivery of CRM activities, leveraging existing and new system capabilities.
* Create and maintain triggered transactional communications.
What we need:
* Experience with CRM systems such as Adobe Campaign or equivalent
* Experience in campaign analysis
* 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or customer-focused environment with understanding of marketing principles and CRM
* Experience in campaign proposition briefing and development workflows
