Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office procedures. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and strong communication skills. A full driving licence will also be a requirement for this role.

Duties

* Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and data entry.
* Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling incoming calls and inquiries.
* Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
* Assist with invoice processing tasks using Sage accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
* Support staff with administrative needs, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
* Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
* Ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming for both staff and visitors.

Experience

* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
* Familiarity with Sage accounts or similar accounting software is advantageous.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
* A keen attention to detail, particularly in data entry tasks.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
