Our client is a not for-profit training provider, with an excellent reputation. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Recruitment + Training Specialist. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, recruiting apprentices, and delivering training within their Business Academy. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, both small and large, to promote apprenticeship training programs.
Actively engage employers to attract them to their training programs.
Lead the recruitment process for apprentices.
Deliver training sessions and mentor apprentices within the Business Academy.
Collaborate with the existing team to expand their apprenticeship and training offerings.
Proven experience in business development and identifying new opportunities.
Strong knowledge of the Business Administration and Customer Service industry and apprenticeship training.

The Location :Office based in Bristol, working from home and 2-3 days onsite with clients (South West + further afield)
