What will you be doing?
The Logistics Co-ordinator is responsible for managing the movement and distribution of goods both within the UK and internationally. The role ensures orders are processed efficiently, deliveries are scheduled on time and transport activities comply with the relevant regulations and company standards.
Key objectives in your role as Customer Service Administrator include:
Collating and inputting data into SAP to produce company load lists.
Booking/Managing vehicles within DataDocs.
Dealing with hauliers to ensure collections and deliveries are managed effectively.
Collating and inputting data into SAP/Formwise to produce commercial invoices.
Uploading data onto an online portal to assist with customs declarations.
Liaising with Chamber of Commerce.
Supporting the international sales function
Uploading data onto various online portals for courier deliveries.
Obtaining quotes for UK and export/import transportation.
Inputting data into spreadsheets to assist accounts with accruals and invoicing.
Any other reasonable duties, as and when required.
Compliance:
Adhere to the Company's compliance obligations, policies, processes, and procedures.
Report compliance concerns, issues, and failures.
Participate in training as required.
What do you need?
An ability to learn new IT systems quickly (Power BI, Salesforce).
Knowledge of Importing and Exporting processes
An ability to manage and interpret data quickly to ensure accuracy.
Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders.
Structured, self-motivated and passionate about detail.
Result oriented individual who is comfortable dealing with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to set objectives and prioritise workloads.
