What You'll be doing:
* Reviewing contractor timesheets and expenses for accuracy and compliance.
* Coordinating with payroll and finance teams to meet tight deadlines.
* Supporting end-to-end payroll processing with precision.
* Verifying hours, overtime, travel days, and billing requirements.
* Acting as a key point of contact for contractor and client queries.
* Monitoring inboxes and resolving queries professionally.
* Identifying and suggesting process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in payroll or finance administration in a
recruitment environment
or equivalent sales environment.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
* Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
* Proficiency in timesheet software and Microsoft Office.
* Clear and effective communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
