We're on the lookout for an experienced Part-Time Finance Manager to join a thriving and friendly team within a well-established professional services business. Reporting directly to the MD, you'll be the go-to person for all things finance, a trusted right hand to leadership in driving sound financial decision-making and smooth operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on finance position, values work-life balance, and enjoys working in a small, supportive team environment.
What You'll Do:
* Oversee day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, VAT returns, and reporting
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
* Manage payroll, rent collections, and reconciliation of client accounts
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
* Ensure financial compliance and liaise with external advisors
* Use tools like Xero and property/finance software for efficient reporting
What We're Looking For:
* 3-5 years in a similar finance role - ideally within a service-led environment
* Proficiency in Xero and strong financial reporting skills
* ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified (or equivalent experience)
* Highly organised, discreet, and proactive
* A confident communicator and collaborator
