Debt Advisory Director responsibilities
* Lead complex client engagements to raise capital and optimize debt structures for private equity-backed and owner-managed businesses.
* Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with a diverse range of lenders and high-profile clients across the London market.
* Provide expert leadership and mentorship to a growing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional development.
* Monitor debt market trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive insight and shape the firm’s evolving debt advisory offering.
As the successful candidate you will
* Have 8-10+ years of experience in debt advisory, leveraged finance, or corporate banking.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of leading deals from inception through to successful completion.
* Possess strong financial acumen and sophisticated modelling capabilities to design innovative financing solutions.
* Exhibit a strategic, client-centric mindset with the ability to navigate complex negotiations.
