I’m currently partnering with a rapidly growing health & beauty business to recruit an Operations Executive to support orders, logistics, warehouse coordination and day to day customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with early experience in operations, supply chain, logistics or customer service who enjoys working with data, processes and external partners in a structured environment. What you’ll be doing: • Managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery • Coordinating with a 3PL warehouse partner to ensure smooth fulfilment • Acting as a key contact for customer queries and delivery updates • Investigating delivery issues, stock discrepancies and variances • Maintaining accurate operational and financial records • Supporting operational projects and process improvements • Using Excel and Microsoft Office to manage trackers and reports What they're looking for: • Any experience in operations, logistics, supply chain or customer service • High attention to detail and a methodical, process-driven mindset • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams • Confidence working with data, stock and cost information • Strong Excel and communication skills If you’re interested, or know someone who could be a great fit, feel free to message me directly
