The Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to oversee a £30m+ facade remediation scheme in East London, delivered over multiple phases across 3 years. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will take full accountability for:
* Leading all aspects of design, procurement, programme management, operations, and delivery
* Managing client relationships and acting as the company’s senior representative
* Driving commercial and technical decisions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality
* Leading and mentoring the project team to ensure excellence, safety, and compliance
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience delivering major construction schemes (£30m+)
* Strong expertise in facades, cladding, and fire safety
* Excellent contractual, commercial, and technical acumen
* Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, influencing stakeholders at all levels
* Strong leadership and ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects over extended periods
