Responsibilities
You will be experienced in working within a busy restaurant environment, possibly as a Supervisor or an Assistant Manager. You will deliver shift briefings to large teams, manage the flow of the restaurant to deliver great guest experiences, and work alongside the team to maintain brand standards. We create memories that the guest will never forget. This could be the next step for you into a Head of Department position within Hotel Du Vin; we actively encourage internal development and progression (Onwards and Upwards).
