Job Title: Accounts & Office Administrator Salary: £14.00 per hour Hours: 10:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week) Location: Kettering About the Role On behalf of our Kettering based client, Pertemps are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Office Administrator to manage our day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative tasks. This is a standalone position, giving you full ownership of the accounts process and the opportunity to make a real impact in the smooth running of the business. It’s ideal for someone with solid Sage experience who enjoys working with numbers while also keeping office operations organised. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records using Sage accounting software. Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and promptly. Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end processes. Monitor and manage stock levels, raising purchase orders when needed. Prepare and send out customer invoices and statements. Handle parcel dispatches and liaise with couriers. Manage general office duties such as responding to emails, filing, and maintaining records in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
