*About the Role*
You will:
* Deliver *engaging, well-structured lessons* tailored to individual needs
* Support pupils with *SEMH, developmental trauma, and additional needs*
* Monitor progress and contribute to *EHCP reviews and reports*
* Lead on a *subject area*, shaping curriculum and schemes of learning
* Work closely with *Teaching Assistants*, leading and supporting their development
* Build strong relationships with *parents, carers, and external professionals*

*What We’re Looking For*
*Essential:*
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching children or young people
* Strong understanding of *SEN / SEMH needs*
* Excellent behaviour management skills
* Ability to *adapt teaching to meet diverse needs*
* A commitment to *safeguarding and inclusion*
*Desirable:*
* Experience with *developmental trauma or adverse childhood experiences (ACEs)*
* Knowledge of *educational software / MIS systems (e.g. Arbor)*
* Experience in specialist or alternative provision settings
