Car Sales Executive
Location: Bicester
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 OTE
Hours: Full-time, including weekends on a rota
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Car Sales Executive to join our busy Bristol dealership. You will be responsible for generating sales, delivering an excellent customer experience, and consistently achieving personal and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers on the forecourt, via phone, and online
*
Promote and sell vehicles while providing outstanding customer service
*
Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to delivery
*
Upsell finance, warranties, and additional products
*
Follow up with existing customers to maximise repeat business and referrals
*
Maintain accurate customer records in the dealer management system
*
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
*
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies
*
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
About You
*
Proven experience in car sales (franchise or independent dealer experience preferred)
*
Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer service
*
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*
Confident, professional, and personable approach
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*
Knowledge of finance products and add-ons (preferred)
*
Full UK driving licence
