Office Coordinator – Electrical Contractor (Bicester, Oxfordshire)
Are you an organised professional with a passion for delivering excellent administrative support? We are looking for an Office Coordinator to play a key role in the smooth running of our busy electrical contracting business. This is a varied role where you will be the central point of coordination between our engineers, suppliers, and clients — helping to keep projects on track and customer service standards high.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (including 1-hour lunch)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per year (depending on experience)
Key responsibilities include:
* Registering and setting up new jobs in our system
* Handling customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional manner
* Booking in jobs and scheduling appointments for engineers
* Ordering and organising materials for upcoming projects
* Maintaining accurate records and managing job-related documentation
* Providing day-to-day office support across the business

What we're looking for:
* Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Previous admin experience (experience in the construction/electrical sector is desirable but not essential)
* Confident communicator who enjoys delivering great customer service
