As an HCPC registered scientist you will play a pivotal role in supporting one of the busiest stem cell transplantation laboratories in Europe. The Transplantation Programme is licenced by the Human Tissue Authority and accredited by JACIE, making us an attractive centre for a large number of clinical trials investigating cellular therapy products for a range of diseases. In addition, UCLH is also a centre selected to treat patients with licenced commercial products and will soon be participating in the exciting field of Tumour Infiltrating Lymphocyte (TIL) therapies.
In order to manage and maintain the high throughput service we provide strong working relationships with several teams is crucial. The laboratory works very closely with clinical and quality management teams to ensure that we deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients and continue to improve our services.
