We are seeking an experienced Account Manager for a three-month contract role. This is a hybrid position, requiring the successful candidate to work from our London office two days per week.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client, ensuring the highest quality of work and fostering strong client relationships.
This position involves overseeing and quality-checking the work of our global hub teams, who handle activations and reporting. The role is less about hands-on activation and more focused on task delegation, management, quality assurance, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and presenting reports.
* Delegate tasks effectively to the global hub teams
* Manage team workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
* Conduct quality assurance (QA) on all client-facing reports and materials to ensure accuracy and excellence.
* Contribute to media plans and strategy.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must have Account Manager (AM) level experience in a social media role.
* A "social-first" background is essential
* Experience working within an agency is highly preferred with similar workflows and processes.
* You must be proactive, polite, and confident in a client-facing capacity.
