We are looking for a Branch Administrator to join us at Huws Gray Aberdeen!
If you’re in the trade or have ever tackled a home improvement project, you’ve probably heard of us. We rely on our Branch Administrators to support with end-to-end administrative functions within the branch. Working in one of our branches you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.
Here’s a Quick Overview Of Some Of The Things You Can Expect To Do As a Branch Administrator With Huws Gray
* Using Microsoft packages to keep all relevant documents up to date within the branch
* Using Excel to create and share a variety of reports for the branch teams
* Managing and updating relevant data using our database applications
* On occasion, you may be the first to take incoming calls, so you’ll need a great telephone manner and be able to share enquiries and quotes with the relevant teams
