Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator (SENDCo):About this Role We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator (SENDCo) to join The Oval School. This senior leadership position carries strategic responsibility for leading and developing inclusive practice across the school. You will oversee the provision for pupils with SEND, ensuring high-quality teaching, effective use of resources and excellent outcomes for all learners. Working closely with the Headteacher, leadership team, staff, and parents, you will drive improvement, uphold our values and help shape the future direction of inclusion at The Oval School.
