Job Responsibilities
* Processing Gift Aid claims in conjunction with the finance team and working across the team to make sure Gift Aid declarations are up to date and accurate and that Gift Aid claims are maximised.
* Support the Fundraising Manager and Coordinator with stewardship of small and unsolicited donations as required.
* Record all cheques and donations received and prepare for thanking.
* Manage administration of online fundraising tools, such as JustGiving and Much Loved.
* Act as first contact for fundraising enquiries over the phone and via email and delegate to the correct team member.
* Send out fundraising materials and resource packs to individual fundraisers, community groups and corporate supporters.
* Monitor fundraising materials stock levels and handle reorders.
* Provide reports and information as required.
* Manage and maintain fundraising and office filing systems, and database, ensuring our records are in line with adequate retention periods as required by policy.

* Maintain a confidential, sensitive and discrete approach to personal, sensitive and organisational information.
* Represent the organisation in a positive manner.
