Salary A GBP 28k to A GBP 30k ( FTE A GBP 50k to A GBP 53k )
We are a Leeds:based hotel bedroom manufacturing company, with 28 years of experience delivering high:quality, bespoke bedroom solutions to hotels such as Hilton, Radisson, Marriott and Holiday Inn across the UK. We employ approximately 140 people across both production and office functions.
We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Manager to help strengthen our brand presence, showcase our projects, and support business growth.
The Role
This is a varied and hands:on marketing role ideal for someone who enjoys both creative content and strategic brand development. Working three to four days per week, you will be responsible for managing Curtis Furnitures day:to:day marketing activity across digital and print channels.
You will work closely with the leadership team to promote our projects, develop partnerships and maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Website and Content Management
* Regular website updates including project case studies and news stories
* Optimising website content for SEO and GEO visibility
* Coordinating imagery, copywriting, and project uploads
* Monitoring website performance and recommending improvements
Email Marketing
* Planning and creating email campaigns
* Writing engaging content to showcase projects, company updates, and industry insights
* Managing mailing lists and campaign reporting
Social Media Management
* Creating and scheduling content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
* Writing captions and project stories aligned with the Curtis brand
* Growing audience engagement and brand awareness
* Monitoring trends and identifying opportunities for visibility
PR and Brand Communications
* Managing the relationship with the companys PR agency
* Identifying and suggesting PR stories, project features, and company news opportunities
* Supporting award submissions and industry recognition opportunities
* Helping position Curtis Furniture as a leading voice within the bespoke hotel furniture and interiors sector
Partnerships and Advertising
* Supporting collaborations, events, and networking opportunities
* Working with 3 rd parties on press ads and solus emails
Direct Mail Campaigns
* Co:ordinating printed marketing materials and direct mail campaigns
* Managing campaign schedules, content, and distribution
* Supporting promotional activity for new projects and business development
Internal Communications
* Co:ordinating and writing a monthly company newsletter
A bout You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Creative, organised, and self:motivated
* A good writer with strong attention to detail
* Experienced in digital marketing and content creation
* Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
* Interested in interiors, furniture, architecture, or design:led industries
Desired Skills and Experience
* Experience in a B2B marketing role.
* Familiarity with website CMS platforms
* Understanding of SEO and social media strategy
* Experience using email marketing platforms
* Some basic design skills preferred
* Photography or styling experience beneficial but not essential
