We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our North Advisory Portfolio. The role supports leaders and teams across a 12-month period, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and key activities delivered on time. This position may be based in Leeds or Manchester on a hybrid basis.

The PA will manage diaries, meetings, and logistics, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and capturing actions. Responsibilities include serving as a key point of contact, coordinating communications, building effective relationships across the business, preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and correspondence, maintaining accurate records and filing systems, supporting reporting and information management, and handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.


Required Skills and Attributes

* Strong knowledge of office administration practices and procedures with a strong digital capability, including proficiency in common office software and collaboration tools.
* Flexible and adaptable, highly organised with strong planning, prioritisation and problem‑solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build positive stakeholder relationships and enhance the reputation of the business.
* Level 4 qualification in Business Administration and Management (or equivalent experience/qualifications) is desirable.
