Provide strategic Project Management leadership for CAVU's Growth Team, laying out a clear vision and terms for each project.
Manage concurrent acquisitions and multiple digital bids across global time zones, languages, and cultures.
Governance
* Establish and lead the PMO for significant complex transactions and digital bids, ensuring adherence to best practice project management methodologies supported by technology to successfully complete projects and achieve business goals.
* Own and maintain the CAVU blueprint and end-to-end process maps for M&A and Digital Bids.
Communication & Reporting
* Build strong relationships with CAVU C-Suite, Project Sponsors, and SMEs, delivering effective stakeholder communication.
* Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency within projects, ensuring effective communication formats that facilitate understanding and faster decision-making to support rapid business scaling.
Quality Assurance
* Define standards and critical success factors for each project stage, supported by specific metrics.
* Document processes and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Resource Management
* Manage budgeting and financial planning throughout each project, ensuring cost control and timely reporting, including contingency management.
* Build multi-disciplinary project teams across the organization, defining clear roles and responsibilities to ensure stakeholder alignment.
* Identify and escalate legal, regulatory, strategic, and financial risks and opportunities in real-time.
* Conduct research and analysis to assess risks, mitigate impacts, and prevent delays/disruptions.
Post-Acquisition Planning
* Develop and own overarching Project Integration Plans within set timeframes.
* Define detailed integration roadmaps with key milestones, activities, and accountabilities to realize benefits.
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
* Proven experience in managing complex M&A transactions/bids, preferably in travel or digital sectors, including post-transaction integration.
* Expertise in M&A trends and best practices, with industry-specific knowledge preferred.
* End-to-end project management expertise, deploying best practices.
* Strong business acumen and judgment.
* Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to Executive Committees.
* Solid financial knowledge, highly numerate, with analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Strong stakeholder management, listening, and influencing skills, with accountability for teams and stakeholders.
