Role: IT Assistant Career Step Level: Step level 1 Location: Blyth, Worksop A bit about the role We are looking for a self-motivated IT Assistant to help support and manage the 1st line support within the IT department based at Rudies Kitchen. A bit more detail Setup new users through Onboarding processes Close down accounts for leavers and movers Deal with inbound queries for the likes of password resets or account lockouts Triarge escalations to the 2nd and 3rd line support as needed A bit about you No experience needed in a similar role, but would be highly desirable A strong level of PC Literacy, and the ability to learn new tasks quickly An interest in constantly learning new tools and developing your skills Strong communication skills An 'Open and Honest' attitude with a high say to do ratio A Proactive, driven, 'can do’ attitude!
