Key Responsibilities
* Build relationships with customers to increase sales, improve margins, and provide excellent customer service.
* Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings and be seen as a trusted advisor.
* Collaborate with branch teams to meet customer needs.
* Complete all call backs promptly.
* Work with internal teams to understand products and anticipate customer needs.
* Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand and reduce customer returns.
* Utilize business data to identify opportunities across customer segments and product groups.
