What You'll Do
* Provide safe, nurturing, and reliable care to children and young people
* Support children in their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and independence
* Encourage positive behaviour, resilience, and personal development
* Work in partnership with families, professionals, and teams to ensure stable, child‑centred support
* Maintain clear, accurate records in line with safeguarding and organisational standards
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People / Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* Six months’ paid UK experience supporting children or young people (essential)
* Understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
* A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach
* Willingness to complete any additional training required (fully funded)
* Ability to travel to various children’s services in your area
* Proof of right to work in the UK (we cannot provide visa sponsorship)
