About the Role
Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact? We’re seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy. In this office-based role, you’ll work closely with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions that support organisational goals, drive employee engagement, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. From advising on complex employee relations matters to leading on policy development and people initiatives, this is a varied and hands-on opportunity for someone ready to influence change and support business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective people plans aligned with strategic objectives.
* Provide expert advice and coaching on all HR matters, including organisational change, performance management, and employee relations.
* Support the delivery of recruitment, talent, and succession planning initiatives.
* Lead on colleague engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
* Oversee and manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and company policy.
* Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they remain compliant with current UK employment legislation and best practice.
* Draft and implement new policies where required, ensuring they are clearly communicated and consistently applied across the organisation.
* Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., Learning & Development, Reward, Talent Acquisition) to deliver a high-quality HR service.
* Promote best practice in equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).
Requirements
About You
* CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 preferred) or equivalent experience.
* Proven track record as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within a UK organisation.
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
* Experience in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
* Demonstrates strong team-working skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
* Commercially minded and data-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously when required.
