* Engage with children and families following their transfer from the Referral and Assessment Service, providing effective care and safeguarding interventions.
* Develop and implement Child in Need or Child Protection Plans, ensuring all actions support the safety and wellbeing of children.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including health, education, and law enforcement professionals, to support family units and create comprehensive care strategies.
* Conduct regular assessments and reviews of children and family needs, adapting plans as circumstances change.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of cases, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and local authority protocols.
