Responsibilities
1. Flag up any suspicious occurrences while processing data
2. Initiate and verify Criminal record checks/Employment/social media checks
3. Using the in-house system to process and track online applications to external suppliers.
4. Validating and submitting ID documents
5. Liaising with candidates and internal stakeholders, as appropriate, to obtain missing documents and information.
6. Reviewing and uploading results to Candidate’s screening report.
7. Monthly ad hoc administration and purging of documents.
8. Ensuring compliance with the company’s Data Protection, Information Security, Health & Safety, Dignity at Work and IT Acceptable Use policies and associated procedures.
Requirements
9. Previous office experience is a plus but not essential—full training will be provided
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to clients and candidates
11. Excellent attention to detail and investigative mindset
12. Ability to retain and accurately recall information
13. Naturally curious, resourceful, and enjoys solving problems
$24000 - $24000 a yearThe annual base salary for this position is £24,000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan. The Company also offers a full range of benefits, including medical and dental.
